Hello, I'm Fred Ritcheson Sr. ...I was born and raised in Southern Illinois. During my upbringing, I developed an
appreciation for antiquity and art. As a youngster, I was surrounded by the primitives and folk-art of the region,
which at the time were plentiful...I was also introduced to collecting around then, and forged many diverse
interests...
I've been buying and selling Art Objects and other collectables since the age of 18, when, in 1972, I attended
my first auction.
When I moved to Florida in 1999, one of my major purchases was a collection of MANY paintings by the
"Dutch Master", William Verdult. I've sold a few individual etchings and sketches, but retain the bulk of that
cache....These will be the centerpieces of this site, as I make available a vast array of world-class antiques,
art objects and collectables...
